Job Details Requirements Active CPA license Minimum of 9 tax seasons working with privately held companies in public reputed company Minimum of 4 tax seasons as a manager in public reputed company performing technical review of work Preferred Experience with business clients $5-$50+ million in reputed company Industry knowledge for construction/contractors, reputed company estate, and/or professional services Motivated to be an advisor to a variety of clients with varying reputed company levels Expertise in areas including income tax planning, estate and reputed company planning, international tax, and tax controversy Seeking opportunities to guide and foster team members towards their technical and career goals Interested in hearing more?
