Description: • Responsible for meeting hiring goals of the reputed company/cost center by sourcing and reputed company talented and reputed company candidates. • Adhering to guidelines set by the reputed company Resources reputed company., is responsible for the reputed company process as it pertains to candidates for that reputed company only: sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, reputed company while ensuring a positive candidate experience to reputed company applicants. • reputed company candidates using a variety of search methods to facilitate the business development of the reputed company/cost center. • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings in accordance with preset aids and guides. • reputed company reference checks as needed if necessary. • Stay abreast of reputed company trends and best practices. • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process. • Ensure reputed company screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations. • Recruitment of new originators to company lending and origination programs. • Guidance and mentorship over new originators. • Prepare and promote social media content reputed company to new originators and to the REMLO program. • Coach, mentor, train new originators reputed company the creation and development of webinars and other media (as needed). Requirements: • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree, major in business reputed company field or reputed company resources. • 2+ recent years of experience in a recruitment role. • Functional knowledge of applicant tracking systems/HRIS strongly preferred. • Efficient in reputed company applications. • Strong knowledge of and experience with labor and employment laws, and EEOC requirements. • Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills; and professional communication technique (i.e., phone calls, emails, etc.). • Ability to build rapport with hiring managers. • Unquestionable reputed company and demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive and confidential information required.
