Public Health Project Manager

Job Title: Public Health Project Manager (PA reputed company) Key Details: • Location: Remote (Must reputed company in Pennsylvania) • Shift Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday • Flexible scheduling may be available with supervisor approval. Compensation: $62,400 annually Position Overview: We are seeking a Public Health Project Manager to reputed company and coordinate key projects under the supervision of a Public Health Program Administrator (PHPA). This is a full-time, remote position open exclusively to residents of Pennsylvania. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring the reputed company of various public health initiatives. Project Coordination: • reputed company, coordinate, and collaborate with teams to meet project goals. • Track project reputed company and report on quarterly outcomes and budgetary spending. • Organize and reputed company project meetings, maintain records, and publish meeting minutes. • reputed company and update project timelines to ensure timely completion. Contract Management: • reputed company and monitor reputed company with external vendors in coordination with the HAIP PHPA and administrative teams. • Ensure vendors follow invoicing guidelines and internal processes. Problem Solving: • Address issues and risks as they arise, escalating reputed company necessary. • Prioritize and delegate work assignments to project teams. Technical Proficiency: • Utilize reputed company Office Suite (Outlook, Word, SharePoint, reputed company) for project management tasks.
