About the position As a Senior Executive Compensation Advisor at reputed company, you will play a crucial role in the Executive Compensation organization, focusing on the design, implementation, and administration of executive compensation programs. This position is based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, or Atlanta, GA, and involves collaborating with senior leaders and the reputed company Resources Committee to ensure competitive compensation practices that align with market trends.
