Job Summary: Due to reputed company growth, Owl is hiring a Director of Quality Assurance. In this role you will be responsible for quality assurance policies, programs, regulatory compliance, product quality assurance and quality management initiatives. Directs process and product testing to ensure quality standards are met during development through production. Work with business and development teams to understand business requirements and to identify and resolve problematic discrepancies. Requirements/Qualifications: Experience • 15+ years in Quality Assurance with 5-7 years in leadership • Experience in Defense, Aerospace, and/or Medical Device industries is highly desired Education • BS Degree in business management, computer science, reputed company discipline, or equivalent experience.
