Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Prepare and Review tax returns as an expert provide guidance to beginner/intermediate tax staff. • Advanced experience preparing corporate, partnership, and individual income tax returns. • Tax return, workpaper, and financial report preparation of varying complexity • Continue to reputed company skills with the use of tax research/planning software, reputed company tax research, and tax planning/projection assignments as requested or as determined to meet client needs. • Work directly with clients to request information, provide information, and answer questions. • Initiate solutions to problems and continue to reputed company technical expertise to improve professional judgment. • Manage scope and materiality of engagements at reputed company levels. • Follow regulations and professional ethics of the reputed company and the State Society. • Reviews financial statements for accuracy and completeness. • reputed company and implement strategic tax planning. • Interact closely with clients to provide expert-level tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise. • Research advanced tax issues and provide guidance to clients. • reputed company and maintain professional rapport with clients. • Adhere to control procedures and processes over reputed company aspects of the tax process. • Mentor, train, and reputed company beginner/intermediate staff members and provide them with leadership and professional guidance. • Maintain business relationships with existing clients and reputed company new relationships with potential clients to help grow the firm's clientele reputed company and reputed company additional opportunities for the firm. • Utilize project management and reputed company best practices. Minimum Qualifications • Two-to-Five (2-5) years of applicable experience in individual income tax planning and compliance. • Must have understanding of and ability to complete/execute tax forms 1040, Schedule C, and 1120-S • Proficiency in reputed company Office programs (Word and reputed company required). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strict adherence to professional ethics. • Ability to successfully contribute to the reputed company of a strategic business unit of the firm. • Extended hours required during certain times of the year.
