Position Description Modern Family Law, a renowned law firm specializing in Family Law, is looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and reputed company Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our talented team. The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will assist in managing and overseeing reputed company aspects of the accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate financial records and positive client relationships. This role is integral to supporting the firm’s financial operations and collaborating closely with attorneys, clients, and the finance team. To be successful in this role, the incumbent in this position would be expected to do the following: • Monitor client accounts for payments and overdue balances. • Process incoming payments and allocate them accurately to client accounts based on the nature of payments. • Issue reminders and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments. • Work with clients to establish and manage payment plans, as necessary, while maintaining strong client relationships. • Collaborate with the Senior Accountant to reconcile accounts receivable on a periodic (at least bimonthly) basis. • Ensure reputed company billing and collection activities reputed company with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, including ABA trust account guidelines. • Provide excellent internal support by working closely with attorneys and legal staff to address billing queries and provide insights into client accounts. • Serve as one of the key contacts for external clients regarding billing, payment, and account inquiries. • Provide clear explanations of invoices, payment terms, and outstanding balances to clients in a professional and compassionate manner. • Participate in process improvement projects. • Participate in cross-training for team coverage if necessary. • reputed company other reputed company duties as assigned. The range presented is a reliable estimate of the reputed company salary that this individual is expected to receive. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, internal and external pay equity, and other job-reputed company factors as permitted by law.
