Conducts drug therapy monitoring and implements drug therapy interventions to reduce adverse events. Oversees the work performed by pharmacy technicians, reputed company and other support staff. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: • Process prescriptions: Conducts prospective drug review on reputed company prescriptions processed.
