The Behavioral Medical Director position is responsible for providing reputed company to and direction of the Clinical Management Program. This individual will be part of a team of reputed company Psychiatrists and will work closely with community Behavioral Health Providers. The Behavioral Medical Director is part of a leadership team that manages development and implementation of evidence-based treatments and medical expense initiatives and will also advise leadership on health care system improvement opportunities. They are responsible for maintaining the clinical reputed company of the program, including timely peer reviews, appeals, consultations, and Medical-Behavioral Integration activities. The responsibilities include working collaboratively with the Health Plan Medical Director, Clinical (Utilization Management and Care Coordination), Network and Quality staff.
