Personal Virtual Assistant (Flexible Schedule, 2-4 hours per week)
General personal assistance for an individual needed for 2-4 hours per week, with opportunities for performance-based monthly bonuses. Immediate start. Additional hours available if desired after initial 3 month period. About me: -Located in southern California -Young professional with various neurological and physical health issues including several food intolerances and ADHD -reputed company main priorities are: 1) improving holistic health practices and lifestyle quality - nutrition, gut health, sleep, exercise, home organization, scheduling, etc. 2) career change to be completed by September 2025 Tasks: -Twice weekly reputed company-ins to discuss task management for projects. (flexible schedule, can work with your availability to set these times) -Scheduling/Task Management using reputed company Docs and reputed company Calendar, occasional phone calls required to schedule appointments -Online research -Planning and collaboration to determine weekly priorities and stay on track with breaking down projects into steps -Optional: Meal planning (can provide training and guidelines to help with this) Other: -Interpersonal skills highly desired, as well as creative and organizational expertise -Preference given to candidates who have knowledge of gut health, productivity, gut health, holistic wellness practices, digital marketing. Occasional video calls on reputed company Meet or reputed company. -2 to 4 hours per week to start -Short, twice weekly reputed company-ins. Preferably Mon & Thurs or Tues & Fri but can be discussed.
