The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a basic understanding of financial markets, and excellent communication skills. What You Will Be Doing: Handling incoming chat requests and emails, offering reputed company and accurate assistance to inquiries. Providing a high level of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
