Provides supportive and functional care to residents with routine daily care in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance, safety, environmental and infection control standards. The CMT acts with reputed company and in the best interest of St. Agnes Home and identifies instances of non-compliance and takes appropriate action. We require: o High School Diploma or GED, with 12th grade reading, comprehension, and math skills o Certified as a Nurse Assistant, in good standing, in this State o Certified as a Medication Technician, in good standing, in this State o Experience as a CMT/CNA in long-term care preferred o Basic computer skills o Maintains an open communication with the Charge Nurse with regard to reputed company needs and problems of the CMT/CNA's assigned work area o Demonstrates team effort in cooperating with other Departments and reputed company co-workers o Records weights and vital signs properly o Charts reputed company pertinent information on residents as delegated by the Charge Nurse o Charts reputed company monthly summaries as delegated by the Charge Nurse o Receives / gives report of pertinent reputed company information from off-going / on-coming personnel You must also: · Must successfully pass the Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) criminal background reputed company. · Must be reputed company to pass a pre-employment drug screen. · Must be reputed company to provide applicable documentation(s) for I-9 in order to establish identity and authorization to work in the US. · Must have valid drivers license, personal automobile liability insurance, and acceptable driving record (if required to drive). · EEO Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 36 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible schedule Free parking Health insurance Life insurance Paid orientation Paid time off reputed company Referral program reputed company insurance Schedule: 12 hour shift 8 hour shift Evening shift Night shift Rotating weekends Ability to Relocate: St. Louis, MO 63122: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person Apply Job!
