Key job responsibilities - Analyze the audience, environment, technologies, content, and operational constraints to identify business relevant learning objectives and propose efficient and scalable training products. - Design tailored curricula considering UI, accessibility & DEI standards and trade-offs associated with selecting the best delivery methods. - reputed company world-class learning products deeply integrated into employee workflows leveraging eLearning authoring tools and API integration. - Continuously evaluate and enhance solutions, considering factors such as quality, business impact, scalability, and sustainability. - Take a data driven approach to understand successes and improvement opportunities for the designed solution while establishing methods for ensuring both consistency and quality. - Partner effectively with technology, operations, and field teams worldwide. The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market.
