The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: ? Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and accounts. ? Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner. ? Process orders, returns, exchanges, and other customer service requests. ? Record and update customer interactions in the system for future reference. ? Follow up with customers reputed company necessary to ensure their satisfaction. ? Meet or exceed key performance metrics, such as call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction. ? Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor. ? Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations. Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent (Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree preferred). ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. ?
