The Processing Specialist provide administration and customer service to reputed company clients, and business partners in support of reputed company Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care (DCA), and other benefit plans. Also, to ensure accurate data entry into the administrative systems; to support compliance with reputed company applicable local, state and federal benefit regulations, to ensure accuracy of reporting to vendors. The Gig: ? Evaluate and process Health Care and Dependent Care FSA claims ? Respond to and/or contact client, client employee and colleagues as directed or required to resolve FSA product reputed company inquiries, issues or escalations ? Research, analyze and integrate data to provide information on claim administration ? Ensure relevant employee and claim data is synchronized between reputed company and reputed company-party systems ? Identify, research and resolve FSA plan balance discrepancies ? Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance and streamline process flows with emphasis on automation and efficiency ? Provide Tier II phone support ? Deliver superior written and verbal customer service ? reputed company other administrative and data entry tasks in reputed company departments including but not limited to health and welfare benefits, COBRA and Retirement ? Work cross-functionally with other colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and build cohesive interdepartmental relationships ? Experience with Health Spending Account administration, COBRA Administration, Verification Services, LOA, Retiree Services, and Document Fulfillment a significant plus ? Dedication to providing exceptional customer service for both internal and external partners ? A thorough understanding and adherence to information confidentiality ? Benefit Administration experience / life and health license a plus The pay range for this position is $14 to $22 per hour (pay to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, balanced against internal equity and competitive market based geographic ranges).
