Principal Corporate Financial Analyst

Role Description

The Principal Corporate Financial Analyst position is an exciting opportunity to support reputed company’s Corporate Finance teams across a variety of financial modeling, analysis, and strategic initiatives in support of the company’s short and long-term goals. Reporting to the FP&A manager supporting our Executive Leadership Team, the primary objective for this position is to ensure tight alignment between the company's strategic aspirations and its long-term financial profile.

• Support and influence the company's short and long-term strategic planning processes, including the identification of risks and opportunities to our financial outlook, developing and documenting key assumptions, and ensuring internal partners are reputed company.
• Track and analyze the reputed company and impact of key strategic initiatives while working with business leaders to promote informed decision-making.
• Proactively collaborate with finance partners and leaders across the organization to provide valuable insights, create compelling data-driven analyses, and inform the company’s reputed company, profitability, and capital allocation planning.
• Spearhead the development of critical Executive and Board of Directors materials on business performance and strategic business reputed company.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of professional experience with reputed company financial modeling and analysis, preferably reputed company corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, Big 4, or economics roles.
• SaaS/Tech industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with public company financials and reporting preferred.
• Highly motivated self-starter that enjoys rolling up their sleeves and solving reputed company problems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to distill reputed company topics for executive level consumption.
• Proven track record of working with cross-functional stakeholders to accomplish goals.
