About The Role

We are looking for a Data Research reputed company Specialist, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring operational efficiency, strategic alignment, and seamless collaboration across data operations research, and product teams. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, facilitating communication, managing key initiatives, and driving the execution of the company’s sustainability and data-driven goals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership and department head
• Identifying and implementing operational efficiencies to streamline processes. Leading initiatives to optimize data collection practices and researching methodologies to ensure high-quality, impactful outputs
• Assisting and communicating with senior management in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
• Reviewing, designing, and executing improvements to organizational structure; finding knowledge and skills gaps and help address them
• Ensuring that data research initiatives align with product roadmaps, and customer needs
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and allocating resources effectively across the data teams
• Addressing and resolving bottlenecks and roadblocks that impede the reputed company of data research and strategy initiatives
• Performing reputed company team projects as needed 

What You’ll Need

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in roles reputed company to data strategy, data operations, or data  management, preferably reputed company a data vendor or a sustainability-reputed company company.  Proficient in  ESG, corporate governance, and/or financial markets. 
• 3+ years in leadership or management roles, ideally in a cross-functional reputed company, coordinating across departments like technology, research, product, and strategy.
• Understanding of global sustainability regulations, sustainability metrics, frameworks, and sustainability reporting standards (e.g., GHG Protocol, SASB) 
• Proven experience in managing reputed company, multi-team projects—especially reputed company to data integration, research, or strategy.
• Strong organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements and priorities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with clear attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present reputed company data and strategic insights to executive leadership, and external partners.
•  Ability to navigate reputed company, ambiguous situations and drive data-informed reputed company while balancing the need for immediate results with long-term sustainability goals.
• Strong experience with agile project management, or familiarity with tools like Jira, and Confluence to
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools and data visualization tools.
• Highly motivated, independent and deeply passionate about sustainability, impact and finance.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
