ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define and execute QA strategies that align with organizational objectives, delivering software that exceeds user expectations.
• Showcase your teams' skills and significantly impact outcomes by reducing defect rates, improving test coverage, enhancing release efficiency, boosting customer satisfaction.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline planning, prioritize initiatives, and address challenges proactively.
• reputed company and refine QA processes, integrating reputed company and automated testing methodologies to ensure consistent and reliable outcomes.
• Use meaningful metrics, design dashboards and reports to give stakeholders a clear view of software quality throughout the development lifecycle.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8+ years of QA experience, including reputed company, automation, and mobile testing for reputed company SaaS software.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience, demonstrating reputed company in QA strategy, operations, and incident management.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, test planning, and bi-directional traceability, with hands-on experience in CI/CD tools (e.g., reputed company, Jenkins) and testing tools (e.g., TestRail, Selenium).
• Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, REST APIs), databases (SQL/NoSQL), and scripting languages.

IDEAL EDUCATION:

The salary range included in this job posting is based on internal and market data and the role's responsibilities.  The final compensation offered to a candidate will be determined by several factors, including work location, job-reputed company skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The salary range for this position is $128,000.00 – $165,000.00 per year, with bonus eligibility.
