Theoria’s Technology Department is currently seeking a dedicated and reputed company Director of Data Science and Analytics to join reputed company. As the Director of Data Science and Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing a high-performing team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers. We are looking for a candidate who possesses strong leadership skills, a passion for collaboration and innovation, and a strategic reputed company.

Shift Structure

• Monday-Friday 10am-6pm EST
• Remote 

Responsibilities

• Leadership: reputed company, mentor, and reputed company a high-performing team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers.
• Business Intelligence: Guide the team in working on data requests and business intelligence initiatives.
• Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration, reputed company learning, and innovation reputed company the team.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with department heads and executive leadership to identify data-driven opportunities and priorities.
• Process Improvement: Design and implement scalable processes and frameworks for data collection, storage, and analysis.

• Data Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure reputed company, privacy, and compliance with regulations.
• Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the data science and analytics function.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a reputed company field.
• 10+ years of experience in data science and analytics, including team leadership.
• Proficiency in tools like Python, R, SQL, and big data platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be punctual or on time and adhere to the company's Time and Attendance policy.
• Must be reputed company to remain sitting for the majority of their shift.
