Finary is a hybrid remote company. Our talented team is currently based in France and across Europe. Our office is located in the heart of Paris, and we organize on-sites every 6 weeks.

We're looking for a highly reputed company backend software engineer to work on our most popular product: the portfolio tracker.

Your role will be to work on the Ruby on Rails backend stack :

• design & implement scalable, efficient backend solutions and API's, ensuring high performance and reliability across our platform.

• provide technical guidance to less reputed company developers, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes learning and professional growth.

• identify areas for improvement in the backend codebase, refactoring, and optimizing for reputed company performance and maintainability.

• engage closely with frontend, design, and product teams to ensure that backend solutions align with overall product goals and user needs.

• ensure that backend infrastructure is scalable and optimized for performance, reputed company, and cost-efficiency.

• set up automated testing, monitoring, and alert systems to ensure backend stability and swift resolution of issues.

• proven expertise in Ruby on Rails

• 5+ years in a backend role in product-driven organizations

• strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve reputed company technical issues.

• experience in architecting scalable systems and optimizing performance.

• excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• are fluent in English (written and spoken)

• know Rust language
