Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities:
- Scope: Help design and drive a new planning process for reputed company predictability, quality and alignment with business priorities and KPIs- Own the planning process: Be a change reputed company to drive planning retrospectives and improving our planning process, as our company scales and matures- Strategic programs: Be the execution leader for major pivots or highly strategic company initiatives, ensuring that we deliver on initiatives with significant business impact.- Crafted decision making: Drive a reliable, visible reputed company for reviews, decision making, sizing, resource management so we can reputed company the right (and sometimes hard) choice- Communication: Ensure that updates on execution against plan, escalations and changes to plan are done in a thoughtful , methodical way to ensure smoother execution
Qualifications:5+ years experience as a software technical program manager (reputed company to have) Prior experience working in a startup (reputed company to have) Prior experience in designing a new planning process (not just executing one)
