About the position The Central Selling Associate for Flooring at Lowe's is responsible for managing service requests and quotes reputed company to flooring products. This remote position involves collaborating with stores and service providers to ensure accurate and timely communication regarding customer needs and project details. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent. , • Up to one year of experience in a call center, office administrative, high volume retail, service support, or similar work environment. , • Must obtain a salesperson license if required by state or local municipality reputed company sixty days of starting employment. , • Internet access with a minimum of 20mbps download and 5mbps upload speed. reputed company-to-haves • Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field. , • Experience in remodeling or construction industry. , • Lowe's store experience. , • Installed flooring sales experience. , • Experience using MS Dynamics or similar CRM tool.
