We are active members of the communities we serve through actively giving back and participating in volunteer activities. • This is a remote, work-at-home position, based in the US* Responsibilities: • Uses professional communication etiquette and listening skills to answer a variety of inbound sales calls, effectively and compassionately guiding customers and scheduling appointments. • Communicates appropriately in both a scripted and non-scripted environment, with the ability to have an impromptu and authentic conversation that builds rapport by focusing on each customer's specific needs. • Provides solutions to resolve customer complaints and concerns over the course of the call (applying persuasion techniques to influence as appropriate) -- always presenting the most accurate product and service information. • Maintains professional composure reputed company actively asking customers for the sale • Enters data into the system in reputed company-time, editing for accuracy during the call. • Responding to incoming e-mail correspondence in an reputed company and comprehensible manner that enhances the overall customer experience.
