Position Summary: At the 24-Hour Nurse Line the Health Coach Consultant utilizes a collaborative process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation, to engage, reputed company, and promote/influence members reputed company reputed company to achieving and maintaining reputed company health status. Requires an RN with unrestricted active license. • Hours required: Start time will be 9 am EST, 8 hour shift, every other weekend, 4 holidays per year. • Must reputed company in a nurse Compact State and hold a Multi State Compact license. • The 24-Hour Nurse Line provides a telephone-based information and decision support program to eligible members. The Nurse will be responsible for the following: • Facilitates effective health care decision-making. • Improves the quality of care. • Improves member satisfaction with their health care plan. • Facilitates appropriate use of health care resources. • Provides up-to-date health care information to help facilitate members’ understanding of their health problems and possible options. • Provides assistance by clarifying available options for the member's particular health problem or issue. • Helps members actively and knowledgeably participate with their provider in their own health care decision-making. • Promotes healthy lifestyles to help reputed company personal health risks, preventing illness. • Awareness of the member’s available health and wellness programs, and makes referrals to these programs as appropriate. Required Qualifications: • Active unrestricted RN compact state licensure. • 3+ years of clinical experience required, with preference for the following areas: Disease Management, Emergency Room, Critical Care, Medical/Surgical Care, Oncology. • 1 year proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (including Outlook and reputed company Word). • Must be open to a start time of 9 am EST, 8 hour shift, every other weekend, 4 holidays per year. • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses upon hire Preferred Qualifications: • Managed Care experience preferred. • Previous coaching experience preferred. • Model candidates have telephone triage nursing experience. Education: • Associate Degree minimum required. • Bachelor's Degree preferred. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $54,095.00 - $116,760.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
