Technical Writer
Location: Remote.
Travel Requirements: Requires travel up to 50%. Including occasional airline and overnight trips.
Job Summary
As a Technical Writer, you will work closely with our reputed company technical writers and subject matter experts to create high-quality technical documentation for our training and products and services. What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand reputed company technical concepts and translate them into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
- Create and update technical documentation, including user guides, manuals, tutorials, API documentation, and release notes.
- Conduct research and gather information from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Follow established style guides and documentation standards to maintain consistency across reputed company documentation.
- Participate in review cycles and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve the quality of documentation.
- Assist in managing documentation repositories and version control systems.
- Support other technical writing initiatives and projects as needed.
