The Customer Support Associate is responsible for reputed company New Order creation as well as reputed company tasks associated to these orders:

1. New Order Support: Ensure reputed company orders are submitted into our platform for clients to ensure the other operational teams can manage.
2. Notary Support: Phone and Email Support specific to our Notary users.

   Day to Day Operations Ownership

   • Ensure reputed company orders are submitted for clients quickly, reputed company, and without error.
   • Act as the back up defense for inbound phone calls
   • Own the reputed company New Order and Notary Support queues and answer reputed company tickets reputed company SLA
   • Follow-up on status of New, Open, and On-Hold Tickets same day or daily (if needed).
   • Support reputed company users including: Settlement Agents, Escrow Officers, Notaries, and Consumers as needed
   • Surface themes in support tickets to help us reduce overall contact reputed company.
   • Once fully up to speed, there will be time to assist with projects like building out support resources along with other various reputed company support projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
