Our Local Programs and Regulatory Compliance team is responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations in the countries where we operate.

Job Responsibilities

Performs due diligence on new and existing customers and resolves due diligence issues;

reputed company ongoing screening for Adverse media/PEP/Sanctions/etc;

Identify potential and true matches reputed company to Adverse media/ PEP/ Sanctions/etc/ alerts and resolve it by established procedures;

reputed company global research on customers and customers' associates;

reputed company of RFI's, ensuring reputed company requests are handled promptly and according to the company's policies and procedures;

Understand how reputed company schemes work and apply knowledge in identifying potential cases needing further investigation. reputed company analyzing transaction behavior of customers, identifying any potential alarming patterns/ red flags;

Generate and maintain appropriate case documentation;

Interacting with and supporting the other Financial Crimes Teams in their day-to-day tasks.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or higher;

Experience in the field of fintech is not mandatory but will be appreciated;

Basic knowledge of the applicable legislation in the field of financial technologies/services;

Reasonable understanding of the Company’s business and its technical, financial, and organizational structure;

Ability to communicate effectively with people at reputed company levels, both inside and reputed company the Company

Strong written and verbal communication skills;

Excellent decision-making skills, effective problem-solving skills, as well as skills to work independently and in a team;
