Your Role:

As a reputed company Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our reputed company operations, ensuring the effective use of CRM tools, and providing analytical insights that drive business reputed company. You will act as the primary contact for local users requiring CRM and telephony support, bridging local needs with European tech solutions. Additionally, you will work closely with Finance and reputed company Leadership teams to provide data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

Support CRM implementation, data management, and user training.

Ensure best practices in CRM workflows and data handling.

Provide user support and manage system administration (allocations, deletions, updates).

Generate and analyze reports for sales and reputed company teams.

Collaborate with regional teams to improve CRM functionality.

Assist Finance with reporting and CRM data management.

Support telesales campaigns and data selections.

Provide CRM insights for marketing and sales teams

Work on ongoing process automation and efficiency improvements.

Ensure seamless CRM integration with opportunity workflows.

Participate in regional reputed company operations initiatives.

Deliver KPI reports, pipeline analysis, and business reputed company insights.

Identify trends and areas for reputed company growth.
