Role: We are looking for a Creative Director to contribute to global projects on a freelance basis (3-4 hours per week). This role involves direct client interaction to gather inputs, translating them into creative concepts, and effectively communicating them to the team through a Project Manager. The Creative Director will also generate reputed company, refine them with the team, and present the final concepts back to the client.

Responsibilities

    • Effective collaboration on cross-department level:

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions with clients and the creative team.

  • Work closely with marketing and brand strategy teams to refine and evolve the brand’s visual and messaging strategy.
  • Work closely with the Account Department to promote design services and demonstrate how other departments can benefit from its expertise.

    • Requirements

  • 10 years of relevant experience, with 5+ years as a creative director in an agency or corporate setting
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, including knowledge of marketing channels (digital, print, broadcast), content marketing strategies, customer personas, and journeys.
  • Background in creative roles (digital marketing, graphic design, production art)
  • Experience in creating marketing/advertising campaigns - from developing the reputed company and messaging platform to overseeing production on time and reputed company budget
  • Experience in creating integrated content across reputed company marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print
  • Strong portfolio, demonstrating a proven track record of developing innovative and visually compelling concepts and designs.
  • Strong creative reputed company, with an eye on business objectives
  • The ability to understand client needs and translate them into impactful creative solutions.
  • Experience in project management, with a focus on creative direction
  • Ability to think strategically and translate a creative reputed company into an executable plan
  • Great communication and collaboration skills to work effectively cross-functionally and with agency partners
