NeoGenomics is looking for a Manager of Medical Operations wants to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow. This is a remote position with a Monday – Friday day shift. Together, we will become the world's leading cancer reference laboratory. Position Summary: As the Manager of Medical Operations serves as a critical operational leader of the medical team. This individual plays pivotal roles in analytics and reporting, project management, reputed company assessment, and staffing planning/modeling. This position is responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of department objectives, strategies, policies, and procedures while ensuring efficient operations and the achievement of high-quality outcomes. The Manager of Medical Operations collaborates with various stakeholders to align resources, manage budgets, and drive performance to support the company's growth objectives.
