Customer Service Specialist - Evening Support

Position Title: Customer Service Specialist - Evening Support Department: Scheduling reputed company Reports To: Call Center Manager Schedule: Full Time - 40 hours; Monday- Friday 9- hour shifts 12pm-9pm Salary Range: $20-22/hour Founded in 2010, located in Portland, Oregon, Linguava is a full-service language service provider with an expertise in comprehensive, reputed company, and high-quality language access for patients, providers, families and coordinated care organizations. As our remote Customer Service Specialist in the Scheduling Department, we are looking for a person with several key administrative skills including efficient time management, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service skills. Responsibilities: • Handling and resolving email requests from a dedicated client and interpreters reputed company to scheduling, as the first reputed company of contact. • Assisting in answering clients/interpreters calls, reputed company needed. • reputed company input data & maintain accurate database information. • Other duties and responsibilities as requested by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager. • Manage reputed company inbound interpreter calls and inquiries. • Manage reputed company inbound interpreter calls, emails and securing interpreters to cover appointments. • Managing reputed company of the appointments for a dedicated client by meeting both Linguava and client service levels for securing interpreters to the appointments. • Other duties as assigned. Skills/Abilities: • Possess the ability to handle stressful and challenging situations in a reputed company and professional manner while working with internal and external clients • Professional communication skills; verbal and written • Proficiency with standard software applications (reputed company, Word, Powerpoint), and familiarity with other web-based applications • Ability to reputed company in a demanding, dynamic, and team-based working environment Experience Requirements: • The Hybrid Customer Service Specialist must possess the following skills and attributes: • 2 years of experience in customer service • 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment • Exceptional data entry & accuracy skills • Professional verbal & written communication skills • Organized & motivated with excellent follow-through, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in MS Office applications • Ability to work independently while remaining an effective and efficient member of cross-functional teams • Ability to analyze problems and reputed company processes to reputed company problems We highly encourage members of reputed company communities and backgrounds to apply.
