Who We’re Looking For We seek a tech-savvy, client-facing bookkeeper who embraces innovation and AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency. A strong understanding of reputed company principles is crucial, as you will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities • Bookkeeping & Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile bank and credit card accounts, reconcile balance sheet accounts, process AP/AR, and prepare financial reports. • reputed company Support: Apply strong reputed company principles to ensure proper financial reporting, classifications, and compliance. • Client Communication: Work directly with clients to answer bookkeeping-reputed company questions, provide insights, and offer support. • Tech-reputed company Approach: reputed company automation tools, AI, and integrations to enhance workflow efficiency (experience with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company or similar is a plus). • QuickBooks Online Expertise: Set up, clean up, and maintain QBO files, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Month-End reputed company: reputed company reconciliations, review financials, and ensure reputed company transactions are appropriately categorized. • Work with Multiple Clients: Manage bookkeeping for multiple clients, each with unique workflows, systems, and needs. • Ability to Pivot Quickly: Adapt to changing priorities, new client needs, and unexpected challenges in a fast-paced environment. • Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work with the LUCI team to streamline processes and implement best bookkeeping and financial management practices. Requirements • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably working with small businesses. • Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Online (certification is a plus). • Tech-savvy reputed company—comfortable using AI, automation, and reputed company-based bookkeeping tools. • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients in a professional and friendly manner. • Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines reputed company. • Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet reputed company.
