The dispatcher will manage after-hours calls for the on-call technicians and the day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to: Strong customer service skills, multitasker, answering client calls, and scheduling technician appointments for jobs. In addition to entering client data into a computer, this individual will provide responses and feedback to clients regarding service queries and reputed company outbound calls to clients as necessary.
