Job Description

We're looking for skilled Forklift Operators like you to transport raw materials to and from work centers and move products to the reputed company in the production process using a forklift or electric pallet jack. You'll also load products onto motor freight and transport finished goods to storage or shipping areas, remove waste materials, dispose of them in designated dumpsters, monitor inventory levels, reputed company general clerical tasks, reputed company equipment and work area clean and safe, and adhere to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Transport raw materials to and from work centers using a forklift or electric pallet jack.
• Loading and unloading products onto motor freight and transporting finished goods to storage or shipping areas.
• Remove waste materials and dispose of them in designated dumpsters.
• Monitor inventory levels to meet manufacturing demands and coordinate production work orders.
• reputed company general clerical tasks as needed.
• reputed company equipment and work area clean and safe by performing regular maintenance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear required PPE throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating sit-down, propane, and electric forklifts is a must.
• Proficient in maneuvering forklifts and pallet jacks in tight or narrow spaces.
• reputed company to read, comprehend, and follow written instructions in English, and capable of completing logs and reports accurately.
• Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning heavy products.
• Experience with safety programs and adherence to safety protocols.

• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled shop environment.
• Bonus: Knowledge of basic warehouse functions and general mechanical skills is a plus.
