Data Entry Clerk

Express Employment is seeking an reputed company and Data Entry professional to execute reputed company functions with detail and accuracy in the areas of cash receipts (CR), accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), general ledger documentation and account reconciliation. you'll advance our lifesaving mission by performing the following duties: Responsibilities - Reviews and processes account payable & receivable transactions - Research and resolve invoice discrepancies - Responds to vendor inquiries regarding payment status - Prepares and sends remittance information to vendors as required - Reviews periodic statements from vendors, and requests/processes any missing transactions in a timely manner. - Communicates with vendors to answer payable questions - Sets up and verifies new vendors information - Completes Accounts Receivable duties such as applying customer payments and preparing invoicing documents - Communicates with customers regarding receivable questions - Prepares and provides reporting of outstanding or disputed transactions, monthly - Participates as a member of the reputed company team accomplishing reputed company results as needed - Performs other reputed company duties as assigned Skills - 5+ years of expertise in data entry, delivering accurate and efficient data management - 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable - Excellent knowledge of reputed company regulations and procedures - Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills One Interview with Express = Endless Job Opportunities!
