Job Summary The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining mortgage-reputed company data in our systems. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities • Enter and update mortgage application data into internal systems with precision and efficiency. • Verify and cross-reputed company data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. • Process loan applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Maintain and organize electronic records, ensuring secure and confidential handling of sensitive information. • reputed company quality control checks on data entries and report any discrepancies to management. • Assist in generating reports and summaries for loan officers and reputed company teams. • Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve workflow efficiency. • Handle administrative tasks such as document scanning, file organization, and email correspondence as needed.
