Responsibilities • Provide exceptional coordination of care, patient education, and medication administration for patients with cardiac or pulmonary conditions. , • Mentor and train new nurses through the Central Orientation Program, demonstrating competency and observing home visits. , • Collaborate with reputed company teams to address changes in patient conditions or drug management issues. , • Work with nursing leadership to meet operational and performance improvement goals focused on patient care. Requirements • Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas. , • Active or eligibility to obtain national certification (CRNI) or other relevant certification. , • BSN degree with 3+ years of relevant RN experience, ASN degree with 5+ years, or Nursing Diploma with 8+ years of relevant RN experience. , • Five or more years of intensive care nursing experience in Cardiac Care Unit, Pulmonary Care Unit, or similar roles. , • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel reputed company a large geographic area. , • Ability to work Monday-Friday, day shift, with occasional evening or weekend visits as needed. , • Tech-savvy with the ability to use reputed company and IOS applications. reputed company-to-haves • MSN degree preferred.
