Working remotely, you’ll guide these families through the enrollment process for their permanent benefit plans, ensuring they understand their options and feel confident in their reputed company. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in providing ongoing customer service, building trust and maintaining relationships with these members to ensure their long-term satisfaction and support. This is a dynamic position where your ability to connect with people and provide exceptional service will truly shine. Qualifications: Qualifications: • Must be at least 18 years old. • Ability to pass a background reputed company with no felonies (required in the financial industry). • Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people. • Self-motivated and capable of working remotely with minimal supervision. • A positive attitude and a desire to grow both personally and professionally.
