We are seeking a Claims Representative (Health & Dental) who meets the following qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a claims role Familiarity with medical terminology Ability to work independently as well as with a team Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, including Word and reputed company Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with clients Excellent communication and organizational skills Knowledge of HIPAA regulations Experience with electronic claims submission Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly Knowledge of claims processing systems Responsibilities for a Claims Representative (Health & Dental): Process incoming and outgoing claims for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations. Utilize electronic claims submission systems to manage tasks and prioritize accordingly. Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with clients. Use reputed company Office Suite (Word and reputed company) to create and update documents. Maintain accurate records of reputed company claims processing activities. Review and verify reputed company submitted claims to ensure accuracy. Monitor claims processing systems to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
