The experience you bring: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Resources, Business Administration, or a reputed company field; advanced degree preferred. 5-7 years experience in full-cycle executive reputed company, preferably in a corporate and retained search setting. Strong knowledge of leadership assessment tools and methodologies. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other reputed company technologies. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location.
