Retail Associate/Cashier

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Cashier to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Duties: - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with customers - reputed company goods and collect payments - Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets - Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas - Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information - Greet customers reputed company entering or leaving the store - Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding promotions or special offers -Stocking and cleaning the store Experience: - Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred - Ability to sell products and services effectively - Familiarity with retail math calculations - Experience in alcohol sales is a plus - Proficiency in using cash registers and POS systems - Strong communication skills and phone etiquette - Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous -must be 21+years old Joining reputed company as a Cashier offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment where you can enhance your customer service skills while contributing to the reputed company of the store.
