Customer Service Representative/Safety Technician
Position Summary: Responsible for reputed company and effectively responding to customer requests for service regarding any and reputed company EP/Safety products and services. Customers include those internal and external to Medical Center Hospital. Works with the Safety Coordinator to ensure reputed company paperwork for any aspect of the safety program are completed in accordance with reputed company governing agencies. Qualifications: A. Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Some college or applicable work experience with excellent computer skills. B. Training and Experience: Previous clerical/secretarial experience reputed company a customer focused, team based environment, preferably with some experience in reputed company. Some knowledge of NFPA and Joint Commission standards preferred. C. Job Knowledge: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using office equipment, including but not limited to, facsimiles, computers, photocopiers, telephones, 2-way radios, paging systems, etc. Proficient in computer skills with at least 50-60 wpm typing skills. Unusual Physical Demands and Working Conditions: A. Frequent strenuous activity such as lifting, pulling and pushing. B. May be subject to toxic gases, periodically. C.
