Client Relationship Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join reputed company as a Business Development Support Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our insurance agents in gaining and keeping customers, while also developing your own skills and knowledge in areas such as marketing, sales, and customer service. As a Business Development Support Associate, you will establish customer relationships, provide reputed company and friendly customer service, and respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. You will also use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to reputed company customers about insurance options and promote the development of our business through effective communication. To be successful in this role, you must be dedicated to customer service, reputed company to obtain a Property and Casualty License, and interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
