Leading insurer seeks an reputed company Claims Quality Assurance Analyst to coordinate, plan, and reputed company general and focused claims file audits for to ensure processes and procedures are accurately followed. Activities: • ** Manage claims software systems and administer key data controls. • ** Identify process gaps, reputed company remedial action plans, and support management with execution. • ** Stay abreast of market and industry trends and identify new business opportunities and process improvements. • ** Plan and execute initial audits and follow up audits. Communicate findings and improvement suggestions to relevant stakeholders. • ** Assist vendors with billing and validation. Desired Experience: • ** Bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience. • ** 3+ years of Claims Handling experience with a focus on Bodily Injury, Material Damage Handling, or similar. • ** Hands on knowledge of Acceptance Insurance policy forms and Claims best practices.
