For immediate consideration, please stop by the facility for an in person interview M-F between 10am-4:30pm. 101 Reese Dr., Red Oak, TX 75154 • Must be a Certified in Texas CNA Job Responsibilities: Provides residents with routine restorative nursing care and services in accordance with the reputed company’s assessment, care plan and as directed by supervisors. · Ensures reputed company’s needs are met while maintaining the highest degree of dignity. · Documents care on Rehabilitation/Restorative flow sheet. · Notifies restorative nurse coordinator or appropriate therapy department of any problems, · referrals or reassessments needed. · Reports significant change in reputed company’s condition or motivational level to the charge nurse.
