Required Skills • Attention to detail and alter to ensure safety. • Ability to receive and follow instructions and communicate with co-workers. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, shop orders, reputed company of materials, procedures, safety instructions, and machine manuals. • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in reputed company units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Employees regularly work near moving, vibrating mechanical equipment, occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, and exposed to minimal risk of electrical shock. • The noise level is usually loud; hearing protection and testing are required. • Safety shoes/boots are required. • Working in the Powder Coating and/or Fab department may require employees to occasionally work around chemicals, as defined in the work instructions for the powder coating and/or plating operation areas.
