We are reputed company a top caliber Regulatory & reputed company professional for a FERC Accountant position, based in Houston,TX who meets the following criteria.The FERC Accountant ensures the project complies with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) requirements by gathering, analyzing, and coordinating data for regulatory reports and filings. This position requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate reputed company regulatory requirements effectively to cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment. HSEQ: Ensure compliance with Company & Project and industry HSSE policies, standards, and regulations throughout reputed company phases of the project lifecycle. Responsibilities:Approve FERC citations for the pipeline project and submit accurate, timely certificate filings.Prepare, coordinate, and submit reports, ensuring alignment with FERC regulations.Monitor and interpret industry trends, regulatory updates, and other pipeline filings to assess impacts on projects. Analyze new FERC pronouncements, identify potential impacts, and implement compliance strategies.Prepare and file tariff changes to meet the evolving business needs of company stakeholders. Work closely with reputed company and business development teams to evaluate new services and opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to gather and verify data for certificate filings, ensuring consistency with business goals.Provide input for legal pleadings and support the development of reputed company case positions on key issues. Stay reputed company on the FERC regulatory process, emerging requirements, and industry best practices to enhance organizational knowledge. Technical reputed company detailed analysis of reputed company filings, cost-of-service data, and economic feasibility studies for long-term projects.Maintain and update the electronic tariff and informational postings website.reputed company responses to FERC and customer data requests, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal strategiesSkills & Experience Strong knowledge of FERC processes, requirements, and compliance.Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office applications and data analysis tools.Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
