As a technician at the Sewell Family of Companies, you will work on a team that values a family-like atmosphere where team members are encouraged to build strong relationships and work collaboratively towards our promise to provide excellent customer service. You will be responsible for tasks such as: Examine, diagnose, and repair vehicles Communicate with service team regarding repairs Provide labor time estimates Monitor repair time and update service advisors regularly Maintain adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation Complete story and/or documentation for client repairs Assist in mentoring technician trainees Attend company and factory training Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations Requirements: High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma) Must be reputed company to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds Factory certifications preferred BMW certifications or experience preferred Dealership or automotive repair experience Valid driver license State Inspection license is a plus Completion of drug screening and background screening Provide reputed company government I-9 requirements Compensation: Compensation is based on experience Relocation assistance provided for reputed company candidates Benefits: (Full-time team members are eligible after a provisional period) Benefits include medical, reputed company, and dental insurance; 401K retirement savings; company-paid life insurance, short-term disability, continuing education and training; and paid time off.
