An intermediate line cook requires good communication and culinary skills. The desired cook candidate will have hotel cooking experience and a culinary degree. The Cook 2 actively handles the preparation of braised food, grilling, broiling, blanching, cooking, and sauté items. Candidate should have professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures, and should be reputed company to work single-stations in the kitchen. Additional responsibilities include preparing daily specials, checking the quality of finished food products, ensuring efficient preparation methods and procedures on a daily basis, receiving products from the storeroom, and supporting Cook 1’s training and development.
