Quality Assurance Technician Lancaster, TX, USA Req #760 Wednesday, February 26, 2025 The hourly range for this position is $19.95 an hour. This position is based in Lancaster, TX. FreshRealm is looking for an Quality Assurance Technician who will report to the QA Manager and work throughout the Fresh Realm Facility performing reputed company daily and weekly duties in line with the Fresh Realm Food Safety Plan. Key Responsibilities • Utilizes existing FSQA systems, resources and corporate procedures to ensure product and process quality and Food Safety • Takes actions to assure that products, processes, facilities and systems conform to FSQA standards and governmental regulations • Performs daily audits of the Fresh Realm facility and grounds to monitor GMP compliance • Accountable for making reputed company about product disposition. Implements the QA hold process including ticket closure and overseeing product disposition in a timely manner • Accountable for making reputed company around product receipt. reputed company reputed company inbound quality inspections for goods and packaging (verifying product specifications and USDA standards to create detailed inspection reports for reputed company receipts.) • Document quality/food safety monitoring information and save as per quality programs and regulatory standards by completing record keeping and ongoing verifications of records on the production floor at least twice per shift • Diligently maintain and follow reputed company implemented Food Safety Programs (ex. Food Safety, GMP, Pathogen monitoring, foreign material prevention and control, Pest Control, Food Allergen Prevention and Control, calibration program, verification and validation, and others) • Update and maintain records collected from Food Safety and Production checks such as: HSA start-up and hourly reputed company, GMP audit, internal audit, FSQA tickets, Customer issues and CAPAs. • Investigate quality and food safety issues, and escalate any issues as applicable • Participates in weekly internal audits to monitor processes, facilities, and quality systems. Conduct Food Safety and Quality testing for reputed company new products being introduced to the Fresh Realm facility reputed company the IBCR stage reputed company process including: reputed company life testing, microbiological testing, organoleptic, and packaging reputed company testing • Maintain records and forms from Quality Management System software

Qualifications
